Use without learning
Someone bought a pressure cooker and used it without asking or learning. This is the most dangerous! When using the pressure cooker for the first time, you must read the operation manual of the pressure cooker. Be sure to follow the instructions or ask the knowledgeable person for advice. Never use without learning.
Do not check before use
When using, carefully check whether the exhaust hole is unblocked and whether the hole under the safety valve seat is blocked by residual rice or other food residues. If the pressure cooker is blocked by food during use, the cooker should be moved away from the fire source. The aging rubber ring is easy to make the pressure cooker leak, so it needs to be updated in time.
Handle does not fit
The handle of the pot cover must be completely coincident with the handle of the pot, so that food can be cooked with electricity, otherwise it will cause explosion of the pot and flying of the lid.
Unauthorized pressurization
Someone is unauthorized to increase weight on the pressure valve during use, so as to increase the pressure in the pot and forcibly shorten the production time. It is unknown that the pressure in the pot has strict technical parameters. Ignoring this scientific design is tantamount to joking with your own life, which will cause serious consequences of the pot explosion and personal injury. Don't take this risk! In addition, if the fusible metal sheet (plug) on the pot falls off during use, it is not allowed to block it with other metal objects and replace it with a new one of the same type.
Overdressed
When using a pressure cooker to put food ingredients, the volume of the pressure cooker shall not exceed four fifths of the volume of the cooker. If it is easy to expand food such as beans, it shall not exceed two thirds of the volume of the cooker.
Midway uncovering
During the heating process, do not open the lid midway to avoid food bursting and scalding. Do not take down the heavy hammer or pressure regulating device before confirming the cooling, so as to avoid injury caused by food spraying. The cover can only be opened after natural cooling or forced cooling.
Sharp tool scraping
The pressure cooker must be cleaned in time after use, especially check whether the safety plug contains food deposits and residues. Keep the appearance of the cooker clean. Do not use sharp tools such as knives, scissors, shovels and other appropriate shovels to shovel the inside and outside of the cooker, otherwise the cooker will easily become convex and concave, or be shoveled out of horizontal and vertical scratches, which will damage the protective layer.
