The relevant person in charge of South China Electric Appliance Research Institute believes that all this is due to the lack of standards, which is also the direct reason for the low production threshold of electric pressure cooker products.
The competition mode needs to be changed urgently. Shunde is one of the centers of electric pressure cooker manufacturers nationwide, and its standardization is also in the forefront of the country. Alliance standards, and Shunde Alliance standards for electric pressure cookers were first released nationwide on August 28. It is reported that since the launch of the first league standard in China, the National Standards Committee has also started relevant research. At the same time, these four enterprises have also become members of the national standard drafting working group.
In 2005, Shunde took the lead in implementing the standardization strategy nationwide. In the past three years, the national standards and industrial standards formulated by Shunde enterprises have been increasing rapidly year after year, from the past runner to the present leader.
Since 2006, Shunde has used financial funds to train more than 800 standardization talents for enterprises every year. Midevit Electronics, Wanhe Group and other enterprises have set up special standards departments to promote enterprise standardization by specially assigned personnel, and the enterprise's awareness of standards has been improved unprecedentedly.
As of March this year, among the national professional standards and technical committees approved by the National Standards Committee, 8 professional secretariats, including woodworking machine tools, microwave ovens and disinfection cabinets, have settled in Shunde, accounting for one fifth of Guangdong Province.
For more than three years, Shunde enterprises have been enthusiastic about participating in or leading the formulation of standards, and the number of standards involved has risen rapidly.
In 2006, Shunde enterprises participated in the formulation and completion of 17 national and industrial standards, an increase of 50%% over 2005; In 2007, there was an increase of 40%% over 2006, reaching 25 items. As of 2007, Shunde has participated in the formulation and completion of more than 180 national and industrial standards, and more than 100 enterprises have participated.
